Verify a customer once.
Reuse it, on consent,
everywhere.

KYXO is a shared KYC/KYB trust platform for customers, institutions, and regulators. Customers maintain one verified profile, approve exactly what can be reused, and every institution keeps its own final decision.

How the network works

Due diligence, done once and shared on the customer's terms.

KYXO doesn't replace anyone's compliance department. It gives every institution a faster, consent-safe way to reach verified information that already exists in the network.

01

Submit once

A customer creates a business profile, enters registration, tax, ownership and industry details, uploads supporting documents, and submits KYC/KYB to a selected institution.

Create profile, upload documents, submit KYC/KYB
02

Grant consent

When another institution needs previously verified records, it sends a consent request. The customer can approve, reject, limit the shared information, set expiry, or revoke access later.

Request access, customer approves, scope and expiry set
03

Reuse, independently

The receiving institution reviews shared records, risk flags, verification history, and credit context while remaining responsible for its own onboarding, financing, and compliance decision.

Reuse verified data, risk check, independent decision

Why this exists

Redundant verification is quietly expensive.

Every institution runs the same checks on the same customer, independently. The cost compounds, and customers pay for it in time, paperwork, and abandoned applications.

Built for the whole network

Core production workflows. One shared trust layer.

From onboarding to regulatory audit, KYXO covers the full customer due diligence lifecycle without taking decisions away from the institutions that own them.

Data storage & trust model

Right technology for what it's storing.

KYXO doesn't put everything on one layer. Operational data stays fast in SQL Server, documents stay encrypted in IPFS, and only privacy safe proof, hashes, identifiers, and audit evidence, is anchored on Hyperledger Fabric.

Raw personal information and document contents never touch the blockchain. If a document doesn't match its original proof, it's flagged for review before it can be shared or reused again.

Security & privacy

Institutional boundaries, protected by design.

Participating organizations only ever reach what they've been authorized to see. Internal assessments, private notes, and institutional decisions stay off the shared network entirely.
